Youth Sports Expert and Masters Athlete
Deidra is an expert in youth sports with a teaching/coaching career spanning three decades. An active athlete herself, she is currently ranked 9th in the world in W40 high jump. Deidra has coached children of all ages in multiple sports, including gymnastics and soccer. She trains coaches and teachers to lead fun, safe and effective sports and fitness classes. Her mission is to elevate youth sports by equipping leaders with the skills they need to be successful instructors and mentors.
